07/22/2010 - Detroit, MI (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Toronto Blue Jays have optioned pitcher Marc Rzepczynski back to Triple-A Las Vegas.
Rzepczynski made a start for the Blue Jays on Wednesday against Kansas City and took the loss in a 5-2 setback. He gave up five runs on nine hits in 4 2/3 innings.
The 24-year-old lefty is 0-1 with a 7.15 earned run average in four games, including two starts, for Toronto. He had been recalled earlier this month.
Toronto filled the roster spot by recalling infielder Mike McCoy from Las Vegas. McCoy appeared in 28 games for the Blue Jays earlier this season and batted .200 with two runs batted in.

Now, it's okay to call the league hypocritical when it releases injury reports, which players have told me only helps bettors. The NFL's problem, when it comes to the gambling world, isn't hypocrisy, it's worse: The bosses lack vision. That's why the league is picking unwinnable fights in Delaware and taking pot shots from critics after making smart sponsorship deals. Roger Goodell and his gang are acting and thinking locally rather than globally, which is rare for them, especially compared to their professional (and amateur) counterparts.
The NBA held its All Star game in Las Vegas and David Stern's kingdom didn't crumble (although the town did bring plenty of players to their knees.) I'd say it's 6 to 5 and pick 'em that Lebron will make a road swing through Sin City before his career is over.
Even the NCAA College Football Betting is more progressive on this issue than the NFL.
